Gastrointestinal Disorders, Indigestion

Gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, flatulence, cramps and loose motions are caused by vitiated vata. Indigestion is due to low pitta, or gastric juices not properly breaking down food, leading to excess vata. Cow urine and pitta balancing herbs aim to increase this digestive fire, leading to properly broken down foods, proper absorption, elimination of excess vata and overall health.
