Cow urine is known to increase metabolism while balancing all three doshas. Triphala, literally meaning “3 fruits” is a combination of amla, harad and baheda. They have great abilities to safely cleanse the gastrointestinal tract, eliminate excess kapha (mucus), pitta (acid) and vata (gas), and increase the digestive fire. Gastro is a completely safe and highly effective way to maintain overall gastrointestinal health, a healthy weight and even eliminate infestations without any harmful side effects of allopathic medicines.
